Foreword:
This ship & machinery repair works was set up in March 1976, and started its initial operations from July of that year. In the early running, the shipyard has offered limited service to the neighbored merchant ships besides its endeavor to constant maintenance and repairs for the harbor vessels. Continued plant constructions and equipments during the subsequent years have promoted the productivity to a larger scale until the extension of the dry dock completed in June 1984, leading the shipyard to commence its full service business. |
